From your web browser, go to https://go.coras.com and click on Forgot user name or password.
Enter in your username and click Submit (forgot username? Choose that option instead and enter your email address instead).
An email will be sent to the email address associated with your user name.
Click the link inside the email and you will be taken to a site to select a new password. Type your new password and click Submit, and your password will be updated. You can now return to https://go.coras.com to log in.
